Staff Accountant – (HR79881) Full Time NEW

POSITION: Staff Accountant
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (CST)
Compensation: 2000 – 2500 USD/month

Note: Independent contractor position

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

* Perform account and balance sheet reconciliations accurately and on schedule.
* Code and categorize financial transactions according to established accounting procedures.
* Support month-end close activities and ensure accounting records are complete and accurate.
* Review transactions and account activity for discrepancies, errors, or missing information.
* Follow and maintain accounting SOPs and established workflows.
* Support quality control processes across accounting activities.
* Work with multiple client accounts and manage competing priorities effectively.
* Assist with accounting-related research, documentation, and issue resolution.
* Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
* Collaborate with internal team members to resolve accounting questions and discrepancies.
