New Vehicle Sales Executive – Ballito Full Time

A reputable motor dealership in Ballito is looking for a motivated, energetic and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Executive.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about motor vehicle sales, capable of building strong customer relationships and committed to achieving excellent sales results.

Key Responsibilities

Generate sales through showroom enquiries, referrals and prospecting.
Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
Follow up on prospective buyers and sales enquiries.
Negotiate sales and work towards monthly targets.
Ensure accurate completion of all sales documentation.
Deliver a professional customer experience.
Minimum Requirements

Previous vehicle sales experience, preferably within a franchised motor dealership.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.
Motivated, confident and target-driven.
Customer-focused approach.
Valid driver’s licence.
Remuneration Package

Basic salary: R11,500–R13,500 per month.
Commission structure.
Medical Aid and Pension Fund.
Company vehicle and fuel allowance.
