Automotive Service Advisor – Hillcrest
Salary: R12,000 – R18,000 Negotiable
A motor dealership requires an experienced Service Advisor.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years’ motor dealership Service Advisor experience.
Experience with Automate, Evolve or similar systems.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent administration and organisational abilities.
Experience working with workshop job cards.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: Service bookings, job cards, quotations, customer communication, workshop coordination and vehicle handovers.
