Job Overview

A well-established motor dealership representing a fast-moving vehicle brand in Durban is seeking two experienced and target-driven New Vehicle Sales Executives to join its successful sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated sales professionals with proven new vehicle sales experience and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Sell new vehicles and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
Generate new business and follow up on sales leads.
Guide customers through the complete vehicle sales process.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Ensure all dealership procedures and compliance requirements are followed.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum of two years’ recent new vehicle sales experience within a recognised motor dealership.
Proven sales track record with contactable references.
Matric certificate.
Valid South African driver’s licence.
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and a target-driven attitude.
Must reside in Durban or the surrounding area.

Salary and Benefits
Basic salary: R11 500 – R13 500 per month, depending on experience.
Lucrative commission structure.
