BMW New & Used Vehicle Sales Manager – Gauteng Surrounding Areas Full Time

A top BMW dealership in the Gauteng surrounding areas is seeking a highly experienced BMW New & Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead its luxury vehicle sales department.

This opportunity is ideal for an established BMW Sales Manager with a proven track record in managing both New and Used Vehicle Sales within a BMW dealership environment. The successful candidate must be willing to relocate if required.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the New and Used Vehicle Sales Departments
Lead, mentor and motivate a high-performing sales team
Drive departmental sales targets and profitability
Oversee stock management and stock turn
Monitor gross profit and deal structuring
Maintain BMW brand and dealership standards
Ensure exceptional customer service and CSI performance
Develop and implement sales strategies
Manage reporting and departmental performance
Work closely with senior dealership management
Minimum Requirements
Previous BMW Sales Management experience is essential
Experience managing both New and Used Vehicle Sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent knowledge of BMW dealership operations
Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities
Stable employment history with contactable references
Valid driver’s licence
Must be willing to relocate
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: R25 000 – R35 000 per month, negotiable depending on experience
