Our client a well-established manufacturing company is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join their team in Rosslyn. Key Responsibilities

· Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and prospective clients

· Assist with sales enquiries and provide product information and support

· Identify opportunities to generate additional sales and business growth

· Follow up on quotations, enquiries and customer requests

· Support the sales team in achieving departmental targets and objectives

· Maintain accurate customer records and sales information

· Liaise with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service and efficient order processing

· Monitor customer requirements and communicate relevant feedback to management

· Assist with implementing sales and promotional initiatives

· Stay informed about market trends, customer requirements and competitor activity

· Promote the company’s products and services in a professional manner

· Contribute to a positive and team-orientated working environment

Minimum Requirements

· Matric / Grade 12 (essential) Relevant degree

· Previous sales, customer service or retail experience advantageous but not essential

· School leavers with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn will be considered

· Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans

· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

· Comfortable interacting with customers both telephonically and in person

· Computer literate

· Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

· Professional, well-presented and customer-focused
