We’re Hiring: Field Sales Representative
Nedbank Card Machines (BOS Pay)

BOS Pay, a Nedbank-accredited ISO, is looking for a reliable, fast-closing sales rep to onboard merchants onto our card machines.
If you can build a pipeline, close deals quickly, and show up consistently, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll do:
🔹 Approach and sign up new merchants in your territory
🔹 Convert leads into signed, active merchants, fast
🔹 Keep your documentation and reporting accurate and on time
🔹 Build your own pipeline through referrals and networking

What we’re looking for:
✅ Several years’ proven experience as a field sales representative — actively sourcing, pitching, and closing deals (not a customer service/call centre agent role)
✅ Track record in payments, fintech, telecoms, or FMCG a strong plus
✅ A closer, not just a networker
✅ Reliable, shows up daily, meets commitments, no chasing required
✅ Own transport

What’s on offer:
💰 R5,000 basic salary
💰 Commission: 10% (months 1–6), 5% (months 7–12)
📈 Uncapped earning potential — the harder you close, the more you earn
