Service Advisor / Administrator – Hillcrest Full Time

A well-established motor dealership in Hillcrest is seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Administrator to join their Service Department.

The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service while assisting with the day-to-day administration of the Service Department. Previous experience within a motor dealership environment is highly advantageous.

Duties & Responsibilities
Assist customers with service bookings and vehicle-related queries
Liaise with customers regarding the progress of their vehicles
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Assist with Service Department administration
Prepare and maintain relevant documentation
Assist with job cards, bookings and general service administration
Liaise with workshop staff regarding vehicle progress
Ensure customer and vehicle information is accurately captured
Handle telephone and email enquiries
General administrative duties within the Service Department
Minimum Requirements
Previous Service Advisor and/or Service Administration experience
Motor dealership experience highly advantageous
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Computer literate
Professional telephone manner
Ability to work in a busy dealership environment
Attention to detail
Stable employment history with contactable references
Valid driver’s licence advantageous
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: R12 000 – R18 500 per month, negotiable depending on experience
