INDIAN SPECIALTY CHEF

Are you a passionate culinary professional with a flair for authentic Indian cuisine?

My client is looking for an experienced Indian Specialty Chef to join their team and create exceptional dining experiences through innovative, high-quality cuisine.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Lead and inspire kitchen teams
• Create and standardise exceptional Indian recipes
• Develop menus and assist with food festivals and menu trials
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene and safety
• Manage food costs, stock levels and procurement
• Train, mentor and develop team members
• Stay ahead of culinary trends, techniques and innovations
• Deliver memorable guest experiences through outstanding cuisine

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant culinary qualification
Specialised culinary training
Strong experience across various kitchen sections
Experience in banqueting and outdoor catering
Experience working in a reputable restaurant
Thorough knowledge of Indian cuisine, cooking techniques and food production
Strong food costing, menu pricing and inventory management skills
Fluent English communication skills
A hands-on chef with a passion for excellence
