Senior Front of House Restaurant Manager – Fourways Full Time
Established Restaurant in Fourways is looking for a charismatic front of house manager. Must have experience in a busy Restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of Restaurant floor management. Candidates with 6+ years management experience in Restaurants will be considered. Must have strong communications skills with the ability to manage a complete front of house Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. All references must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant administration & cashups essential. Duties will include wait staff management, stock control, opening & closing procedures. Looking for someone who works well in a team and who can work under pressure.
