Upmarket Restaurant / Bar General Manager – Hazelwood Full Time

We are actively searching for a General Manager for a chic, exclusive upmarket restaurant / Bar in Hazelwood. The perfect candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in restaurant management, including at least 5 years in a General Manager capacity. Strong operational management expertise is required, as the successful applicant will be responsible for the entire restaurant operation. Candidates must present themselves professionally and possess outstanding communication skills. We are looking for a diligent team leader who thrives in high-pressure situations, with experience in a busy high-end restaurant being a must. Proficiency in staff management and training, stock control, restaurant administration, and opening and closing procedures is essential. Preference will be given to candidates with a long tenure at previous jobs, and all references must be reachable. The successful candidate should be energetic, passionate, and motivated to achieve success, with excellent customer relations skills and a hands-on management style.
