Corporate Sales Representative – Wellness Packages and Wai Software Telecommute

Corporate Sales Representative – Wellness Packages and Wai Software

Wai and The Wellness

Location: Fully remote, based in South Africa, subject to lawful engagement review. You will sell into the UK and Dubai; this is not a UK-based position.

Working pattern: 50 hours per week. Daily schedule and UK/Dubai-time overlap to be announced.

Hiring entity: The London Wellness Clinic Ltd.

Engagement: terms confirmed before an offer.

Reports to: Sofian Youssef and Omar.

Start date: to be confirmed.

The role

Your main focus is larger corporate wellness deals: executive health, staff health, memberships and packages. You will develop corporate relationships, follow up proposals and chase contracts through to a closed sale. This is not primarily a small individual-booking role for services such as PRP or GP appointments. Wai software sales also form part of the role, with approved material for each offering. You will speak with corporate decision makers and relevant clinic decision makers. This is a fully remote commercial role, not a clinical role.

Earnings

Base pay: R7,700 per month, plus 5% sales commission. There is no sales quota. You will sell Wai software alongside The Wellness memberships and larger packages. Commission applies to any closed sale and is not guaranteed; we do not promise a particular level of earnings. Final terms must meet the mandatory pay protections for the lawful engagement arrangement in your country before an offer.

Training and lead support

Your first one to two weeks focus on learning the approved scripts, practising calls, understanding the offerings and learning which discovery questions to ask. You will then receive a lead list and begin calling prospects, with feedback from Sofian and Omar. Training is paid.

What you will do

– Work through provided leads, research the prospect and make relevant calls to the UK and Dubai.

– Understand corporate executive/staff-health needs or the clinic’s software needs, qualify fit and explain the approved package, membership or software.

– Run phone or video sales conversations and demonstrations appropriate to your training and role.

– Manage corporate proposals, contract follow-up and next steps through to close; ask for the sale without pressure or invented urgency.

– Keep lead status, contact preferences, commitments and outcomes accurate in the CRM.

– Use only current approved pricing, terms and product claims. Do not promise unapproved discounts, features or health outcomes.

– Refer clinical suitability, treatment choices and medical questions to a clinician. No clinical decision is made by the sales representative.

– Hand new customers to the right onboarding or concierge colleague with a clear record of what was agreed.

– Join call reviews and improve how you research, listen, ask questions and follow through.

What we are looking for

– Excellent spoken and written English and confidence speaking with UK and Dubai prospects.

– Relevant B2B sales, prospecting, corporate account or relationship-management experience.

– Clear listening, organisation, resilience and comfort with phone/video conversations and CRM tools.

– Willingness to learn two offerings, follow training and respond to coaching.

– Honest communication, careful handling of confidential information and respect for clinical boundaries.

– A suitable remote workspace, reliable connectivity

– Experience in software, payments, memberships or private-client services is useful.
