Position Overview
Support customer relationships through organized onboarding, account follow-up and proactive communication.
You do not need to cover every specialty. Tell us which responsibilities you have owned and where you are strongest.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate onboarding and agreed account milestones.
• Maintain account plans, stakeholder records and next steps.
• Identify customer questions or risks and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
• Prepare account updates and keep commitments visible to the team.

Qualifications
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.
• Practical experience with customer success, CRM, onboarding and account reporting tools.
• Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.
• Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.

Nice-to-Haves
Experience supporting US-based clients or teams and familiarity with the industry you would support. These are preferences, not requirements for every opportunity.
