🕐 Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🎉 Public Holidays: Off
💰 Basic Salary: R5,000
💸 Commission: Uncapped – The more you sell, the more you earn!

About the Role

We’re looking for hungry, ambitious, and driven Sales Associates to join our fast-paced, target-driven team.

This is a hard-sales, outbound cold-calling role where you’ll be responsible for selling Telkom products, including cell phone contracts, data contracts, laptops, and other products across various campaigns.

You’ll need to be confident on the phone, comfortable handling rejection, and motivated by hitting targets and closing deals.

Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential. We’re willing to give the right person an opportunity if you have the hunger, work ethic, commitment, and determination to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound cold calls.
Pitch and sell Telkom products and services.
Identify opportunities and close sales.
Handle objections and confidently drive conversations toward a sale.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Follow up with potential customers and maximise sales opportunities.
Continuously improve your sales techniques and product knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
Previous sales or cold-calling experience is a plus.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Confident, resilient, and comfortable with rejection.
Highly target-driven and motivated by earning commission.
Dedicated, reliable, and committed to achieving results.
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve.
