Key Responsibilities
• Handle high-volume inbound customer calls with clear, professional communication.
• Schedule service appointments and maintain accurate customer and job records.
• Keep calls, scheduling and record updates organized during busy shifts.

Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, call handling, scheduling or dispatch.
• Experience handling high-volume inbound phone calls.
• Strong spoken English and the ability to manage several tasks accurately.

Nice-to-Haves
• Appointment scheduling and customer or job record maintenance experience.
• Inbound customer service experience in HVAC, plumbing or another home-services business.

Work Schedule
Full-time. The exact working schedule will be confirmed during selection.
