We are looking for experienced UK Telesales Agents to join our growing sales team based in Milnerton, Cape Town.

This opportunity is suited to experienced sales professionals who have a proven track record within UK telesales campaigns, are target-driven and motivated by earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound telesales calls to customers within the UK market.
Engage with and convert provided leads into successful sales.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Build rapport with customers and identify their needs.
Handle objections confidently and effectively.
Maintain strong sales conversion and performance levels.
Accurately capture customer and sales information.
Follow campaign processes, procedures and compliance requirements.
Take ownership of individual sales performance.
Contribute positively to a high-performance sales environment.
Minimum Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience working on UK telesales campaigns – NON-NEGOTIABLE.
Proven telesales/sales ability.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Target-driven and motivated by earning potential.
Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
Reliable, professional and committed.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
