A well-established franchised motor dealership in Umhlanga is seeking an experienced and results-driven Service Manager to lead its service department.

The ideal candidate will have strong workshop management experience, excellent leadership abilities and a proven record of maintaining customer satisfaction, productivity and departmental profitability.

Location: Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal

Requirements

Minimum 4–5 years’ Service Manager experience.
Previous management experience within a franchised motor dealership essential.
Strong workshop management and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Excellent operational, financial and problem-solving abilities.
Strong staff management and customer relations skills.
Responsibilities: Manage workshop operations, supervise service staff, monitor productivity and departmental performance, maintain customer satisfaction and achieve operational targets.

Salary: R25,000–R35,000 Basic, Negotiable + Company Vehicle + Fuel + Incentives
