Afrikaans-Speaking New Vehicle Sales Executive – Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal

A well-established motor dealership in Umhlanga is seeking an experienced and target-driven Afrikaans-Speaking New Vehicle Sales Executive to join its successful sales team.

The ideal candidate must have proven new vehicle sales experience, excellent customer service skills and the ability to consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Sell new vehicles and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
Generate new business and follow up on sales leads.
Guide customers through the complete vehicle sales process.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Ensure all dealership procedures and compliance requirements are followed.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ recent new vehicle sales experience within a recognised motor dealership.
Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English.
Proven sales track record with contactable references.
Matric certificate.
Valid South African driver’s licence.
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and a target-driven attitude.
Must reside in Umhlanga or the surrounding Durban area.

Salary and Benefits
Basic salary: R11 500 – R13 500 per month, depending on experience.
Lucrative commission structure.
