New Vehicle Sales Executive – Durban, KwaZulu-Natal Full Time NEW

A well-established motor dealership in Durban is seeking an experienced and target-driven New Vehicle Sales Executive to join its successful sales team.

The ideal candidate will have proven new vehicle sales experience, excellent customer service skills and the ability to consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Sell new vehicles and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
Generate new business and follow up on sales leads.
Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle sales process.
Arrange vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Ensure all dealership procedures and compliance requirements are followed.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ recent new vehicle sales experience within a recognised motor dealership.
Proven sales track record with contactable references.
Matric certificate.
Valid South African driver’s licence.
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and a target-driven attitude.
Must reside in Durban or the surrounding area.

Salary and Benefits
Basic salary: R11 500 – R13 500 per month, depending on experience.
Lucrative commission structure.
