4 × New & Used Vehicle Sales Executives – Durban | Fast-Moving Dealership

A well-established, fast-moving motor dealership in Durban is seeking four experienced and target-driven New and Used Vehicle Sales Executives to join its successful sales team.

The ideal candidates must have proven dealership sales experience, a stable employment history within the motor industry and the ability to consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Sell new and used vehicles and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
Generate new business and follow up on sales leads.
Guide customers through the complete vehicle sales process.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Ensure all dealership procedures and compliance requirements are followed.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum of two years’ recent new or used vehicle sales experience within a recognised motor dealership.
Stable employment history within the motor industry is essential—no job hoppers.
Proven sales track record with contactable references.
Matric certificate.
Valid South African driver’s licence.
Clear ITC and criminal record.
Applicants must consent to ITC and criminal verification checks.
Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-service skills.
Professional appearance and a target-driven attitude.
Must reside in Durban or the surrounding area.

Salary and Benefits
Basic salary: R11 500 – R13 500 per month, depending on experience.
Lucrative commission structure.
