BRAND, SALES & OPERATIONS MANAGER Full Time NEW

We are looking for an energetic, creative and motivated person to help run HC Brands and Premium Crop. This is a hands-on, all-round role for someone who is passionate about marketing, sales, production and growing a business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing & Brand Management

• Manage social media and marketing activities.

• Create engaging content and promotions.

• Build brand awareness.

• Bring new ideas to grow the business.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and secure new customers and stockists.

• Maintain existing customer relationships.

• Process orders and follow up on enquiries.

• Work towards sales targets.

Production Coordination

• Monitor production activities.

• Ensure correct production quantities and product quality.

• Coordinate teams and production schedules.

• Identify and solve production challenges.

Stock Control & Packaging

• Manage raw materials, packaging and finished stock.

• Maintain accurate stock records.

• Monitor stock levels and shelf life.

• Coordinate packaging and product labelling.

General Administration

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Maintain records, orders and reports.

• Support suppliers, deliveries and customer enquiries.

• Keep information accurate and organised.

Product Development

• Research new product ideas.

• Assist with packaging improvements.

• Identify opportunities to expand the product range.

• Bring innovative ideas to the business.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in marketing, sales or a related field.

• Good organisational and communication skills.

• A creative, energetic and proactive approach.

• Basic computer skills, including Excel, Word and social media platforms.

• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• A valid driver’s licence would be an advantage.
