Fractional Head of Performance Growth – UK Luxury Interiors Full Time

FCI is a UK luxury-interiors business looking for a senior, hands-on performance-growth operator with 15 years of experience to own the complete showroom-demand funnel.

**This is not an advisory CMO role. It is not a role for someone who produces strategy slides and delegates the difficult bits. You will initially work directly inside Google Ads, Meta and HubSpot, while directing our existing staff and specialist subcontractors across PPC, SEO, content, technology, CRM, booking and follow-up.**

The mandate

• Build a reliable system producing 50 qualified high quality showroom visits per week.
• A qualified visit is a showroom lead marked “OK” or “Good” by a design consultant in HubSpot.
• Connect traffic, lead capture, booking, attendance, follow-up, attribution and gross profit into one managed funnel.
• Improve performance without depending on the founder for daily intervention.
• Direct existing internal staff and decide which specialist subcontractors should be retained, replaced or added, subject to agreed budgets.

Commercial targets

• Through December 2026: 50 qualified showroom visits per week and £250,000 monthly gross profit, sustained for three consecutive months.
• From January 2027: maintain 50 qualified visits per week and raise monthly gross profit to £300,000.

What you must personally be able to do

• Diagnose and operate Google Ads and Meta campaigns, not merely supervise agencies.
• Work confidently with HubSpot funnel stages, attribution, dashboards and CRM discipline.
• Improve landing pages, conversion, appointment booking, attendance and follow-up.
• Manage staff and subcontractors firmly against one weekly scorecard.
• Separate useful activity from marketing theatre and stop weak work quickly.
• Work with meaningful overlap with UK business hours.

Evidence required

Please submit concise, verifiable examples showing:

• A lead-generation or appointment funnel you personally improved.
• Before-and-after performance figures and how they were measured.
• Campaigns you personally operated in Google Ads and Meta.
• Experience managing internal teams and external specialists.
• Your availability, South African location, expected days per week and 90-day fee.
• Two references who can confirm your ownership and results.

Send a short response addressing the six evidence requirements. Do not send a generic biography or a large credentials deck.
