GLOBAL SALES ASSOCIATE — FULLY REMOTE

Position Type: Full-Time

Work Arrangement: Fully Remote

Pay: $12.00 – $13.00/hour + uncapped commissions and cash bonuses

Schedule: Monday – Friday, with weekend shifts as needed

Time Zone: US Central Time (CST)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking proactive and motivated Global Sales Associates to join our remote sales team. The successful candidate will engage prospects, conduct phone consultations, understand customer needs, handle objections, and guide qualified prospects through the sales process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage potential customers through digital messaging channels.

• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospects.

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations.

• Answer questions and address objections professionally.

• Guide customers through the closing process.

• Maintain organized customer and pipeline information in the CRM.

• Work collaboratively toward individual and team sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent written and verbal English.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable making regular outbound calls.

• Ability to learn and use CRM and remote-work tools.

• Self-motivated, dependable, and organized.

• Ability to work during US Central Time business hours.

• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $12.00 – $13.00/hour base compensation.
