Waterkloof, Pretoria: FINANCIAL MANAGER

Minimum Requirements:

-Well presentable and professional female

-Afrikaans and English first & second languages a must

-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Financial Management required

-Accountant with SAIPA/SAICA articles completed advantageous

-Minimum 5 years recent full financial management experience a must, specifically of a multi-site or operational business a must

-Strong experience in management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management

-Computer literate with advanced MS Excel skills and strong accounting/ERP system experience (Sage or similar advantageous)

-Experience in retail, property management, facilities management or another high-volume/multi-site environment highly advantageous

-Commercially minded, highly analytical and operationally involved

-Deadline driven, hands-on and willing to work at transactional level when required

-Strong reconciliations and financial control ability

-Comfortable challenging unexplained expenditure or financial discrepancies

-Able to manage multiple sites and cost centres

-Strong problem solving and investigation skills

-Clear criminal and credit record

-Stable employment record and contactable references

-Residing in Pretoria (preferably in Pretoria East)

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Full financial management duties for multi-site retail company (including control, reporting and financial performance, identify risks and discrepancies, site profitability analysis, management accounts etc.)

-Cash Flow, Debtors & Creditors Management

-Site & Revenue management

-Budgeting & Forecasting

-Payroll & Employee Cost Controls

-Financial Controls & Compliance

-Management & Commercial Support to CEO

-Establish & maintain financial processes, controls, reporting structures and system disciplines required to provide management with reliable financial information.

Salary: R 60 000.00 gross maximum (depending on relevant experience and qualifications)
