Minimum Requirements:

-Presentable and professional female

-Fully bilingual and proficient in both Afrikaans and English a must (Afr & Eng client base – full proficiency in both)

-Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed and Admitted as an Attorney / soon to be admitted (awaiting admission)

-Recent post admission experience preferred

-Experience in General Litigation and Magistrate’s Court appearances a must

-Section Title Debt Collection experience advantageous

-Able to handle large volumes of work with accuracy

-Computer literate in MS Office, Caselines & Court Online

-Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

-Residing in Pretoria (within daily commuting distance from Colbyn)

-Stable employment record and contactable references

Duties:

-Handling of General Litigation matters and Debt Collection for law firm

-Compiling legal documents and correspondence

-General Attorney duties

-Magistrate’s Court appearances

Salary: R 15 000.00 – R 20 000.00 gross maximum (Depending on post admission experience)
