Candidate Attorney
KM Attorneys Inc. is seeking a motivated and committed Candidate Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will gain practical exposure to a broad range of legal matters and will be expected to assist with the day to day management of files and attend to legal research, drafting of pleadings, notices, correspondence and other legal documents.
The candidate will be required to attend to service and filing of court documents, liaise with clients, counsel and various court and government officials, and assist attorneys with preparation for hearings and consultations.
A willingness to drive and travel as required are essential, as the position will involve attending at various courts, the Master’s Office, sheriff’s offices, clients and other relevant institutions.
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, organised, commercially minded and able to work independently while taking direction from the attorneys. Strong drafting, research, communication and interpersonal skills will be advantageous.
