Debt Repair Solutions (Pty) Ltd t/a VUKA CreditFix is seeking a motivated and experienced Paralegal to join our Alternative Dispute Resolution team, specialising in Credit Rehabilitation and Consumer Credit Disputes. Minimum Requirements: Diploma in Law (essential) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Fast and accurate typing skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage and prioritise large workloads effectively Strong attention to detail and administrative skills Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Professional, organised, and client-focused approach Key Responsibilities: Managing and resolving credit-related disputes Drafting correspondence, documents, and dispute submissions Liaising with credit bureaus, creditors, attorneys, and clients Investigating matters and gathering supporting documentation Following up on outstanding matters and ensuring prompt resolution Maintaining accurate records and case notes Providing regular feedback to clients on the progress of their matters If you meet the above requirements and are ready to start immediately, please forward your CV If you have not heard from us in 3 days, you application was not successful
