Senior Contracts Manager (Building) Full Time

Applicants must have the following requirements:

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
Must have 10+ years of experience in construction/project management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Must have strong multidisciplinary experience across structural works, cost management, and finishing.
Must have experience in residential projects.
Must have extensive Building experience.
Must have strong exposure to concrete works, steel structures, high-end finishing works, and industrial-style architectural finishes.
Must have a strong understanding of structural systems and construction methodologies.
Must have expertise in finishing works and detailing.
Must have cost control and contract management experience.
Must be able to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Must be familiar with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project and Primavera.
