Senior Quantity Surveyor (Contractor) Full Time

Applicants must have the following requirements:

Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree or Bachelor of Technology Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Must have at least 8 years of experience as a Contractor Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
Must have proven experience working for a large industrial property construction company or similar construction environment.
Must have experience managing project costs, budgets, and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Must have experience managing subcontractor certification, valuations, payment processes, and commercial administration.
Must have experience preparing variation orders, cost reports, and detailed project costing reports.
Must have strong knowledge of construction measurement, cost control, and contract administration principles.
Must have proficiency in CCS Candy or similar construction cost management software.
