WE ARE HIRING: TRACKER TELESALES AGENTS
Location: Constantia Kloof / Weltevredenpark (BPO Environment) Salary: R6 250 base per month Commission: Uncapped (high earning potential)

THE OPPORTUNITY
Join a high‑performance team on an exciting Tracker Campaign. We are looking for experienced, confident sales closers who can handle objections and secure deals smoothly. If you thrive in a high‑reward, fast‑paced environment, this role is for you.

Drive new business on a BPO dialler campaign
Handle customer objections confidently
Close sales efficiently to maximise commission
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong objection‑handling and closing abilities
Self‑motivated, resilient, and target‑driven
Highly disciplined and able to perform under pressure

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (COMPULSORY)
Must be able to start immediately
Grade 12 / Matric
Minimum 12 months BPO call‑centre sales experience
Minimum 12 months Telematics / Vehicle Tracker / Vehicle Insurance telesales experience
Strong dialler knowledge (practical testing will be conducted)
Clear criminal and ITC record (mandatory checks will be done)

EARNING POTENTIAL & BENEFITS
Basic Salary: R6 250 per month
Commission: Uncapped structure with no ceiling
