Hotel Receptionist Full Time
We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills and be capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
Keep the reception area clean and organized.
Provide visitors with information about the company and its services.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience in a reception role.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills.
Availability to work rotating shifts.
