John Brown South Africa is seeking to appoint a Traffic Intern. This position is based in Cape Town.
Role purpose
The traffic intern works in collaboration with the traffic team, editors, account managers and the creative studio to manage the smooth flow of work in our agency, effectively delivering print and digital projects across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage, track and facilitate all jobs in the system.
- Set and coordinate timelines and production schedules.
- Book third-party and freelance suppliers.
- Support the traffic manager with internal communication in order to chase assets, facilitate the revert process and keep internal parties informed.
- Prepare and source copy and pictures for layout.
- Track expenditure and process invoices.
- General administrative tasks.
Preference will be given in line with John Brown’s employment equity policy
