Skills Development Internship Programme

Job Purpose:

iMasFinance is an authorized financial services provider, offering financing and insurance products. We are looking for one, unemployed candidate from designated groups, to participate in a Skills Development Internship programme within our HR department, at our head office in Centurion.

Job Outputs:

The successful candidate will:

• assist with the administration of employee training and skills development interventions and maintain training records.
• be provided with continuous coaching, mentoring, on the job training
• exposure to training and skills development within financial services sector
• given a 12 months internship contract, with a monthly allowance of R5 000

Qualifications:

• Matric
• 3 year Diploma in Human Resources Development and/or related qualification
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage
• Excellent time management skills

Experience:

• Any relevant work experience will be an advantage

Knowledge and Skills:

• Be unemployed
• Previously disadvantaged candidates
• Good communication skills, verbal and written
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Great interpersonal relationship skills
• Must not be committed/ registered for studies in 2022/2023
• Be able to start with the internship on 1 August 2022
