Shoprite invites unemployed graduates to apply for HR Internship Programme 2023.
The successful candidate will provide support to the Human Resources Department.
Responsibilties:
The successful candidate will be exposed to the following:
- Capturing and maintenance of HR administrative documents
- Compensation and Benefits administration and recordkeeping
- Assisting with employee relations
- Assisting with Recruitment
- Witnessing IR procedures and disciplinary actions
- Administrative work for training and development
- Perform any other adhoc duties that may arise
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in: Human Resources Management or any other relevant HR qualification
- No experience is required
