Qualifications Successful candidates will meet the following criteria:

BSc Food Science, Consumer Science, Microbiology, Food Technology, Advanced Diploma in Quality, Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts

– 60%+ Aggregate
– 2nd and 3rd academic year
– SA citizen
– 27 years old and younger
