Photography Intern
Are you filled with passion and enthusiasm for content creation and the world of photography? We’re on the lookout for a photography intern who calls Cape Town home, is currently not employed, and is eager to dive into the realm of professional experience.
Location: Hybrid working (Pinelands, Cape Town)
Duration: 12 months
The successful candidate will be exposed to:
- Processing hires images while photographers are shooting
- Backing up photographers work to hard drives and server
- Maintaining and assisting with social media images, behind the scenes
- Assisting on shoots
- Collecting and returning equipment
- Picking up and dropping off gear
- Assist with studios duties
Requirements:
- Photographic experience, e.g. know how a camera works, has some knowledge of studio equipment
- Willing and able to carry equipment
- Be able to work flexible hours as shoots often start very early
- Must have a portfolio
