Palabora Mining Company invites South African unemployed youth to apply for Learnership Programme 2023 / 2024.

A Learnership and skills progamme is available now at Palabora Mining Company for electrical, mechanical and instrumentation. You only need grade 12 to apply.

After completing the Artisan Skills Programs, candidates who perform exceptionally well (based on technical aptitude and core trade modules) may be invited to enrol onto artisan development learnerships.

Ba-Phalaborwa Communities are invited to apply for the Artisan Aide Skills Program Offered by Palabora Copper (Pty) Ltd. The successful candidates will sign a contract with Palabora Copper (Pty) Ltd. for a fixed term of three months.

Requirements:

• minimum grade of 12
• Must be a South African citizen who is unemployed and has never participated in a comparable training opportunity previously.
• Must be between the ages of 18 and 35 and have a clean criminal record.
• Interviews and pre-screening tests will be required of short-listed candidates.
• To work in whatever capacity, one must be in good health

• Instrumentation (Ref No: SP-MC&I)
