National Nuclear Regulator invites unemployed graduates to apply for Occupational Health Safety and Facilities Internship Programme 2023 / 2024.
Minimum requirements
- NQF level 6 in Safety Management/Built Environment/Facilities Management
- No work experience, graduates in search of internship to gain experience
Skills Development and Training focus areas
- Implementing OHS management plan
- Implementing Facilities management plan
- Administering claims for compensation with regard to injuries on duty and occupational diseases.
- Compliance with the building legislation
- Compliance with OHS Act and Regulations
- Reporting accidents to the Department of Labour
- Compliance with Service Level Agreements on all contractors.
- Medical Surveillance Programme
- Attending specification and evaluation committee meetings
- Submitting quotations using e-workflow
- Submitting requests for Purchase Orders and invoices for approval to Finance for payments
