We are scaling our U.S. real estate wholesaling operations across 5+ high-volume states and hiring 2 commission-only sales reps:

1️⃣ ACQUISITIONS CLOSER: Hunt FSBOs across Zillow, FB Marketplace, and Craigslist. Target: 2–4 closed contracts/month ($3,000–$9,000+/mo potential).

2️⃣ DISPOSITION MANAGER: Package contracts, market to cash buyer networks, collect $5k EMDs, and manage title. Target: 4–8 assigned deals/month ($6,000–$18,000+/mo potential).

💰 COMPENSATION & SAFETY:

– 15% Commission split per closed deal ($1,500 – $3,000+ USD average per deal).

– DIRECT TITLE PAYOUTS: All commissions are wired DIRECTLY to your international bank account/Wise by our U.S. Title Company on closing day via signed Escrow Disbursement Authorization. Zero waiting on payroll.

– C1/C2 Fluent spoken English.
