Sector Head – Water Full Time

Applicants must have the following requirements:

Must have a Bachelor of Engineering Degree or a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Professional registration with ECSA as Pr Eng will be advantageous.
Must have 15 years of consulting engineering and water infrastructure delivery experience.
Must have proven leadership of multidisciplinary Water teams and major infrastructure projects.
Must have experience in water engineering, water treatment works, wastewater treatment works, bulk water systems, dams, pump stations, pipelines and reservoirs.
Must have strong project delivery, commercial, governance, risk management and stakeholder management capability.
Experience leading or integrating a national sector / business line under a matrix or centralised operating model will be advantageous.
Experience overseeing Water Engineer, PM / Lead Engineer and construction supervision teams on major water infrastructure projects will be advantageous.
Strong client relationships with municipalities, water boards, public sector entities and regional infrastructure clients will be advantageous.
