About the Role:
Sagan connects experienced controllers and finance leaders with US-based businesses. Your experience will be matched to relevant client opportunities, with specific responsibilities confirmed during the selection process.

Position Overview:
Own finance processes, reporting and controls, helping leadership understand financial performance and priorities.
You do not need to cover every specialty. Tell us which responsibilities you have owned and where you are strongest.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage close and financial reporting routines within the assigned scope.
• Review reconciliations, supporting schedules and accounting quality.
• Maintain financial controls and document issues requiring action.
• Coordinate finance deliverables and explain results to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Clear written and spoken English and careful attention to detail.
• Practical experience with accounting, financial reporting, close management and control processes.
• Examples of work you have personally handled in your selected specialty.
• Availability for US business hours and an independent contractor engagement.

Nice-to-Haves:
Experience supporting US-based clients or teams and familiarity with the industry you would support. These are preferences, not requirements for every opportunity.
