Client Support Specialist – (HR91096) Full Time NEW

POSITION: Client Support Specialist
Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (EST)
Compensation: 1500 – 2300 USD/month (plus portal-migration performance bonus)

Note: Independent contractor position

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:

* Manage and resolve incoming support requests via tickets, chat, and email within a 24-hour SLA.
* Guide clients through active software portal migrations, providing clear onboarding, training, and step-by-step technical guidance.
* Handle customer escalations and policy pushback (such as courtesy release requests and towing enforcement guidelines) with firm, professional communication.
* Perform database audits and maintain accurate client records to ensure platform data integrity.
* Execute delegated ad-hoc sales and administrative support tasks within a 48-hour response window.
* Track recurring client issues, ticket trends, and software migration roadblocks to recommend operational improvements.
* Collaborate with internal operations and leadership to escalate complex account issues effectively.
