A well-established automotive group is seeking a driven and experienced Vehicle Sales Executive to join their dealership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles, while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the full sales process.

Requirements
Matric qualification
Valid Driver’s Licence
Minimum 2 years’ proven vehicle sales experience
Strong and consistent vehicle sales track record
Experience in both new and used vehicle sales will be an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
Professional presentation and confident personality
Target-driven, self-motivated and results-oriented
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Contactable and positive references are essential
Passion for the automotive industry and vehicle sales
Candidates should ideally be seeking long-term stability and career growth

Duties
Sell new and used vehicles in line with dealership standards
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Generate and follow up on new sales leads
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Guide customers through the full vehicle sales process
Assist with finance applications and related documentation
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on enquiries
Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the sales journey
Work towards maximising sales and profitability for the dealership

Package
Basic Salary + Commission + Company Vehicle
Medical Aid and Pension Fund after successful completion of probation
