Senior Learning and Development Manager (12-Month Contract)
Location: Johannesburg
Salary: R90,000 per month
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Learning and Development Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise leadership development programmes that build leadership capability and support business strategy.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in HR, Learning & Development, Education, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, Business Management, or a related field.
Honours or Postgraduate qualification advantageous.
8–12 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Talent Development, or Organisational Effectiveness.
Experience designing enterprise learning frameworks and partnering with senior leadership.
Strong stakeholder, vendor, and programme management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement leadership development frameworks.
Lead enterprise leadership programmes.
Partner with executives and business leaders.
Measure programme success and drive continuous improvement.
Manage learning vendors, governance, budgets, and delivery.
