B2C Business Developer (JB6261)

Fully Remote (Suitable for South African based Candidates only)

An established and growing EdTech business providing accredited online schooling to local and international learners is seeking a results-driven B2C Business Developer. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the successful candidate will engage with inbound leads, understand prospective families’ educational needs and manage the full sales process through to enrolment. The role includes generating new opportunities, conducting product demonstrations and webinars, maintaining accurate CRM records and achieving revenue and international sales targets. Flexibility to engage with customers across different time zones will be required.

Minimum Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification

Minimum of two years’ sales experience

Proven experience in new business development

At least one year’s experience working with CRM databases

Experience managing the full sales cycle from initial engagement to closing

Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills

Commercial awareness and sound business acumen

Customer-focused and solutions-oriented approach

Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Ability to work effectively within a larger sales team

Willingness and flexibility to communicate with customers across different international time zones

Experience using Salesforce would be advantageous

Previous experience within education, EdTech or online learning would be advantageous

Experience selling to customers in international markets would be advantageous
