Sales Representative Full Time

The Opportunity
Glenova Group is looking for a driven, target-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team in Braamfontein, Johannesburg. You’ll be responsible for selling our funeral cover products (Individual, Family & Extended Family plans) — building your own client base, generating leads, and delivering excellent, compliant service to every customer.

What You’ll Be Doing
•      Generate leads and acquire new clients through outbound calling, prospecting and networking

•      Present and sell Glenova’s funeral cover products in line with FAIS and FSCA requirements

•      Meet and exceed monthly sales targets/KPIs

•      Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records

•      Handle client queries and objections professionally

•      Ensure proper disclosure, fair treatment of customers, and full compliance throughout the sales process

Minimum Requirements
•      Grade 12 / Matric

•      RE5 qualification preferred (candidates working towards RE5 under supervision will be considered)

•      Appropriate recognised FAIS qualification

•      Relevant Class of Business and product-specific training (or willingness to complete before advising clients)

•      1–3 years’ sales experience, preferably in financial services, insurance, banking, fintech or call-centre/outbound sales

•      Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition and hitting sales targets

•      Working knowledge of FAIS, FICA/KYC and financial-services compliance

•      Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools

Advantageous
•      Diploma/Degree in Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Finance, Business, Marketing, Sales or Economics
