Store Manager – Galito’s Sky City (Germiston / Alberton Area)
Galito’s Sky City is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Store Manager to lead our team and drive day-to-day operations. If you are passionate about flame-grilled chicken, exceptional customer service, and leading a winning team, we want to hear from you!
As Store Manager, you will take full ownership of the store’s profitability, food safety compliance, stock management, and staff performance.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Operations: Manage daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure Galito’s gold standards of food quality and speed of service.
Financials: Manage food costs, minimize wastage, handle cash control, and drive monthly sales targets.
Stock Control: Oversee accurate stock counts, ordering, and strict inventory control.
Team Leadership: Supervise, schedule, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
Compliance: Maintain strict health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with franchise requirements.

📝 Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast-food franchise environment.
Skills: Strong understanding of restaurant financials, stock management software (e.g., GAAP/Aura POS systems), and staff scheduling.
Location: Must reside in or near Sky City (Germiston/Alberton) or have reliable transport for early/late shifts.
Attributes: Excellent communication, strong problem-solving skills, and a hands-on leadership style.
