Sales Consultant Full Time

We’re looking for a Sales Consultant.
Candidate will be responsible for helping customers find products or services that meet their needs while driving company sales and revenue. They will be required to build relationships with clients, understand customer requirements, present solutions, and close sales while providing excellent customer service.

Key Missions:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Identify customer needs through questioning and active listening
• Recommend appropriate products or services based on those needs
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing and promotions
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Maintain up to date knowledge of products, services and competitors
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Handle customer objections and resolve complaints professionally

• Matric/ Level 4
• Age – 18 – 35 years
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
