Customer Service Rep Full Time

We are searching for Customer Service Reps.

About the Role

This is a full-time position for a customer-centric person who has strong customer service and administration experience. Your duties will include:

Receiving inbound calls and directing to correct departments
Providing exceptional customer service to clients
Handling enquires
Dispute resolution
Providing administration support
What’s required?

In order to be considered for this role you are required to have:

Prior experience in a customer service environment
Proactive attitude to customer care
Excellent planning, organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
Excellent computer skills – with experience in the Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner
Ability to prioritise workload under pressure
An empathetic and respectful approach to confidentially of client information
