Head of Estimating – Roads, Water & Civil Infrastructure Full Time
Applicants must have the following requirements:
Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree or Bachelor of Technology Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Must have 15 years of experience in senior estimating within the South African civil construction industry.
Must have in-depth knowledge and understanding of GCC, FIDIC, and NEC contracts.
Must have advanced proficiency in CCS Candy.
Must have experience with BuildSmart.
Must have extensive experience with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project programming.
Must have proven experience in preparing tender programmes, methodologies and construction methodologies.
Must possess strong commercial, contractual, and leadership skills.
